The short answer
At Namtech, mobile app projects start at SGD 20,000 for a focused Starter/MVP, SGD 38,000 for a Business app that runs part of your operations, and SGD 90,000 for an Enterprise platform. These are our published starting points — not teaser rates — and every project gets a fixed quote after one scoping call.

| Tier | Price (from, SGD) | Typical fit |
|---|---|---|
| Starter/MVP | 20,000 | A focused, single-purpose app — one main customer journey |
| Business | 38,000 | An app that runs part of your operations — multiple roles, integrations |
| Enterprise | 90,000 | An enterprise platform — deep integrations and compliance |
Namtech's published starting points, not teaser rates. Every project gets a fixed quote after one scoping call.
Why publish pricing at all? Because guessing wastes everyone's time. If your budget and our starting points don't overlap, you find out in thirty seconds — not after three meetings.
What actually moves the number
Scope drives cost. In practice, five things move an app from one tier to the next:
- User roles and workflows. One customer journey is Starter territory. Customers plus staff plus admins, each with their own screens and permissions, is a Business build.
- Payments and money movement. Payment flows, bookings and e-commerce need integration work, edge-case handling and testing that a content app never touches.
- Integrations. Every existing system your app must talk to — POS, ERP, identity, messaging — adds scoping, build and test effort.
- An admin dashboard. Most business apps need a web dashboard behind them; it is effectively a second product surface.
- Compliance requirements. Apps handling personal or financial data may need PDPA documentation, security review and industry-specific work — we scope and quote this as a separate line item, never buried in the base price.
Typical timelines
Most Starter builds ship in 8–12 weeks. Business apps typically take 12–20 weeks. Enterprise platforms are scoped per project. We confirm the timeline in the proposal, and one project manager owns your project from the first call to post-launch.
| Tier | Price (from, SGD) | Typical timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Starter/MVP | 20,000 | 8–12 weeks |
| Business | 38,000 | 12–20 weeks |
| Enterprise | 90,000 | Scoped per project |
Timeline is confirmed in the proposal after one scoping call.

Ongoing costs after launch
Launch is the start, not the finish line. Plan for maintenance and support from 15% of the build cost per year — that covers monitoring, OS-version updates, security patches, minor improvements and priority support. Hosting, third-party service fees and app store developer accounts are billed at cost — the Apple Developer Program is 99 USD per membership year and Google Play charges a US$25 one-time registration fee.
How payments work
Milestone-based: a deposit to begin, then payments tied to agreed deliverables. No full payment upfront. The quote you sign is the quote we hold to — if scope changes mid-project, we re-quote the change explicitly rather than absorbing it into surprise invoices.
Getting a real number for your app
A published "from" price is a filter, not an answer. The real answer takes one scoping call: tell us what the app needs to do, who uses it, and what it must integrate with — we come back with a fixed quote. If you're comparing quotes from several studios, make sure each one states what happens when scope changes; that clause is where budgets usually break.
